kondallo koilamma: starts of with a peaceful flute music followed by the magical tone of Sriram, Ramana and
Malavika,sounds like an apt family song,It has couple of other singers singing the song as well.It has very good lyrics which were penned by Bandaru Danaiah Kavi, especially lyrics of malavika needs a special mention, listening to this song is like reading a good book before sleep.

Jabili: Starts with the magical voice of Ever-dependable Karthik and build up intrest from the very start.These kind of songs are a cake walk to the lead singer karthik.Violin is used in a better way that it is noticed.Lyrics by Jayasurya.s are an assert, lines like Hamsaina ne nadakala taruvate...Vechani kiranalu nee kowgili taruvate...In this song Singer was completely praising his lady love, We can imagine how girls react after seeing uday singing this song on screen.

Surya chandrulaina: I think the only singer who could do justice to this song is Anuradha sriram, sung very well.Lyrics by suddala ashok Teja are of the song are a mixture of motivation and patriotism.Music director should be lucky enough to be composing vandematam in his first film.It feels good to listen to this song when we are low, Lines like ''Oopirunnavarakuu urikey nethurundhi neeku''are very motivating and it makes an interesting song.

Manasagannadi telusa: The song starts of with some light music but very soon it proves to be a wonderful melody picturized as a duet.Both Hemachandra and Geetha maduri did their best to get the best out of the song.Lyrics by Balu Dake are again an assert to it and if picturized perfectly it would remain forever in the heart of audience.

Uppenala: With some neat lyrics and exceptionally catchy orchestration, Ranjith makes his mark.youthful lyrics by balu dake for this hero number set the mood of the film quite well talking about the motivational spirit nature of the hero.This turns out to be a cathy tune with very little bass beats which will go with out a trace even before you notice followed by the rythm and lyrics.This song has a good scope for dancing, im sure that our Ultimate Star will not let us down.

Today Nuvvekkadunte nenakkadunta movie team has arranged an audio release event at Prasad Labs, where in many of the popular personalities were present like Ultimate star Udaykiran, Brahmanandam, Sagar, Priyamani, Swethabasu Prasad, Chitram Srinu, Pradeep, Shubam Selvam, Palle Kesavarao, Tarakaratna, Soma VijayaPrakash and many more. The first copy of CD was released by Brahmanandam and handed it to Tarakaratna.

All uday fans arranged for a cake cut on the occasion of uday completing 10 years in the industry and they have also got udays image printed on their T-shirts.

Bramhanamdams comments made all uday fans even more energetic as he continiously praised uday for his talent.

The whole team of NENA looked very confident and looks like they are already enjoying the sucess.

The entire shooting of Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta is over and now the film has moved into post-production. The music of the film is officially scheduled to release on November 1st, while the film itself would be released on Diwali. UK Avenues' Udaykiran, presenter of the film, says, "Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta is an emotional love story. The music scored by Pradeep Koneru would remain highlight. The producers of ‘Pen Singam’ have now decided to release the film on June 3 as it marks the special occasion of Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi’s birthday.

The honorable Chief Minister himself has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for this film, which is reported to be a murder-mystery. The film features Telugu actor Udhay Kiran (he made his debut in Tamil film industry with K. Balachandar’s ‘Poi’) and National award winner Meera Jasmine in lead roles. Actress Shalini’s Brother Richard too performs another lead role and the entire story revolves around the murder investigation of his belle Sudarsana.

The film is directed by Bali Srirangam and is produced by Arumuganeri and S P Murugesan of Nandini Arts. he is a small size uday fan but always been supporting us in a very big way, i still remember our first work to Trinity oldage home where he organised and got the complete food, he used to work the whole day and use to design posters with me and dharani for uday's movies..

Thanks dharai for coming to ameerprt and waiting for me,i had gud time with you again, i was lost in our old memories wher we(u me and sam) used to meet every weekend and have fun.Differences and misunderstanding do happen but the phase after clearing them is very fruitful and we are enjoying it now...

hai viewers uday is back , this young hero had bagged yet another golden chance in Tamil. Interesting aspect of the film is the story is written by none other than Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Kalaignar M Karunanidhi. Ilavenil is the director and the film is produced by Nandini Arts r. productions. Ilayaraja will score the music and Kannan will handle the camera. National award recipient Meera Jasmine is pairing with Uday for the first time in this film titled ‘Nee Indri Naa Illai’.

This film is going to be shot completely in outdoor locations and it has got forest as its back drop,

The word Ugadi derives from the word Yugadi. 'Yuga' is the word for 'epoch' or 'era', and 'aadi' stands for 'the beginning'. Yugadi specifically refers to the start of the age we are living in now, Kali Yuga. Kali Yuga started the moment when Lord Krishna passed away. Maharshi Vedavyasa describes this event with the words 'Yesmin Krishno divamvyataha, Tasmat eeva pratipannam Kaliyugam'. Some Indian historians date the beginning of Kali Yuga to 3102 BC.

The festival marks the new year day for people between Vindhyas and Kaveri river who follow the southern Indian lunar calendar, pervasively adhered to in the states of Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka and Maharashtra. This calendar reckons dates based on the Salivahana era (Salivahana Saka), which begins its count from the supposed date of the founding of the Empire by the legendary hero Shalivahana. The Satavahana king Shalivahana (also identified as Gautamiputra Satakarni) is credited with the initiation of this era known as Shalivahana. The Salivahana era begins its count of years from the year corresponding to 78 AD of the Gregorian calendar. Thus, the year 2000 AD corresponds to the year 1922 of the Salivahana Era.

In the terminology used by this lunar calendar (also each year is identified as per Hindu Calendar), Yugadi falls on Chaitra Shudhdha Paadyami or the first day of the bright half of the Hindu month of Chaitra. This generally falls in the months of March or April of the Gregorian calendar. In 2009, Yugadi falls on March 27th.

Telugu calendars have a sixty year cycle and starts the new year on ugadi i.e., on Chaitra Sudhdha Paadyami. After the completion of sixty years, the calendar starts anew with the first year.

Ugadi (start of new year) is based on Bhāskara II lunar calculations in 12th century. It starts on the first new moon after Sun crosses equator from south to north on Spring Equinox. For example, the time for the new moon for Bijapur where Bhaskaracharya was born can be determined from the website [1] However, people celebrate Ugadi on the next morning as Hindu day starts from sun rise.

Mahashivaratri Festival

Mahashivaratri Festival or the ‘The Night of Shiva’ is celebrated with devotion and religious fervor in honor of Lord Shiva, one of the deities of Hindu Trinity. Shivaratri falls on the moonless 14th night of the new moon in the Hindu month of Phalgun, which corresponds to the month of February - March in English Calendar. Celebrating the festival of Shivaratri devotees observe day and night fast and perform ritual worship of Shiva Lingam to appease Lord Shiva.

Legends of Mahashivratri
There are various interesting legends related to the festival of Maha Shivaratri. According to one of the most popular legends, Shivaratri marks the wedding day of Lord Shiva and Parvati. Some believe that it was on the auspicious night of Shivaratri that Lord Shiva performed the ‘Tandava’,the dance of the primal creation, preservation and destruction. Another popular Shivratri legend stated in Linga Purana states that it was on Shivaratri that Lord Shiva manifested himself in the form of a Linga. Hence the day is considered to be extremely auspicious by Shiva devotees and they celebrate it as Mahashivaratri - the grand night of Shiva.

Traditions and Customs of Shivaratri
Various traditions and customs related to Shivaratri Festival are dutifully followed by the worshippers of Lord Shiva. Devotees observe strict fast in honor of Shiva, though many go on a diet of fruits and milk some do not consume even a drop of water. Devotees strongly believe that sincere worship of Lord Shiva on the auspicious day of Shivaratri, absolves a person of sins and liberates him from the cycle of birth and death. Shivaratri is considered especially auspicious for women. While married women pray for the well being of their husbands unmarried women pray for a husband like Lord Shiva, who is regarded as the ideal husband.

To mark the Shivratri festival, devotees wake up early and take a ritual bath, preferably in river Ganga. After wearing fresh new clothes devotees visit the nearest Shiva temple to give ritual bath to the Shiva Lingum with milk, honey, water etc.

On Shivaratri, worship of Lord Shiva continues all through the day and night. Every three hours priests perform ritual pooja of Shivalingam by bathing it with milk, yoghurt, honey, ghee, sugar and water amidst the chanting of “Om Namah Shivaya’ and ringing of temple bells. Nightlong vigil or jaagran is also observed in Shiva temples where large number of devotees spend the night singing hymns and devotional songs in praise of Lord Shiva. It is only on the following morning that devotee break their fast by partaking prasad offered to the deity.

26th January 1950 is one of the most important days in Indian history as it was on this day the constitution of India came into force and India became a truly sovereign state. In this day India became a totally republican unit. The country finally realized the dream of Mahatma Gandhi and the numerous freedom fighters who, fought for and sacrificed their lives for the Independence of their country. So, the 26th of January was decreed a national holiday and has been recognized and celebrated as the Republic Day of India, ever since.

The beginning of the occasion is always a solemn reminder of the sacrifice of the martyrs who died for the country in the freedom movement and the succeeding wars for the defense of sovereignty of their country. Then, the President comes forward to award the medals of bravery to the people from the armed forces for their exceptional courage in the field and also the civilians, who have distinguished themselves by their different acts of valour in different situations.

To mark the importance of this occasion, every year a grand parade is held in the capital, from the Rajghat, along the Vijaypath. The different regiments of the army, the Navy and the Air force march past in all their finery and official decorations even the horses of the cavalry are attractively caparisoned to suit the occasion. The crème of N.C.C cadets, selected from all over the country consider it an honour to participate in this event, as do the school children from various schools in the capital. They spend many days preparing for the event and no expense is spared to see that every detail is taken care of, from their practice for the drills, the essential props and their uniforms.

The parade is followed by a pageant of spectacular displays from the different states of the country. These moving exhibits depict scenes of activities of people in those states and the music and songs of that particular state accompany each display. Each display brings out the diversity and richness of the culture of India and the whole show lends a festive air to the occasion. The parade and the ensuing pageantry is telecast by the National Television and is watched by millions of viewers in every corner of the country.

The patriotic fervor of the people on this day brings the whole country together even in her essential diversity. Every part of the country is represented in occasion, which makes the Republic Day the most popular of all the national holidays of India.

"Wishing that this festival is one, which brings good luck and prosperity and hoping that it is joyous, and fills your days ahead with happiness. Have a wonderful Pongal."

Pongal is the only festival of Hindu that follows a solar calendar and is celebrated on the fourteenth of January every year. Pongal has astronomical significance: it marks the beginning of Uttarayana, the Sun's movement northward for a six month period. In Hinduism, Uttarayana is considered auspicious, as opposed to Dakshinaayana, or the southern movement of the sun. All important events are scheduled during this period. Makara Sankranthi refers to the event of the Sun entering the zodiac sign of Makara or Capricorn.

In Hindu temples bells, drums, clarinets and conch shells herald the joyous occasion of Pongal. To symbolize a bountiful harvest, rice is cooked in new pots until they boil over. Some of the rituals performed in the temple include the preparation of rice, the chanting of prayers and the offering of vegetables, sugar cane and spices to the gods. Devotees then consume the offerings to exonerate themselves of past sins.

Pongal signals the end of the traditional farming season, giving farmers a break from their monotonous routine. Farmers also perform puja to some crops, signaling the end of the traditional farming season. It also sets the pace for a series of festivals to follow in a calendar year. In fact, four festivals are celebrated in Tamil Nadu for four consecutive days in that week. 'Bogi' is celebrated on January 13, 'Pongal' on Jan 14, 'Maattuppongal' on Jan 15, and 'Thiruvalluvar Day' on Jan 16.

The festival is celebrated for four days. On, the first day, Bhogi, the old clothes and materials are thrown away and fired, marking the beginning of a new life. The second day, the Pongal day, is celebrated by boiling fresh milk early in the morning and allowing it to boil over the vessel - a tradition that is the literal translation for Pongal. People also prepare savories and sweets, visit each other's homes, and exchange greetings. The third day, Mattu Pongal, is meant to offer thanks to the cows and buffaloes, as they are used to plough the lands. On the last day, Kanum Pongal, people go out to picnic.

A festival called Jalli kathu is held in Madurai, Tiruchirapalli and Tanjavur,all in Tamil Nadu, on this day. Bundles of money are tied to the horns of Pongal ferocious bulls which the villagers try to retrieve. Everyone joins in the community meal, at which the food is made of the freshly harvested grain. This day is named and celebrated as Tamilian Tirunal in a fitting manner through out Tamil Nadu.

Thus, the harvest festival of Pongal symbolizes the veneration of the first fruit. The crop is harvested only after a certain time of the year, and cutting the crop before that time is strictly prohibited. Even though Pongal was originally a festival for the farming community, today it is celebrated by all. In south India, all three days of Pongal are considered important. However, those south Indians who have settled in the north usually celebrate only the second day. Coinciding withMakara Sankranti and Lohri of the north, it is also called Pongal Sankranti.

Its was one of the best Auf meets till date, though we all know that this meet is going to be last meet for the year 2008 it had been the best meet of 2008

People say that reality would be missing if things are planned earlier, it turned out to be true once again, as we dint have any proper planning for this meet.

it all happened as it was supposed to and we all are very happy today

The day started of with cool chit-chat between us and slowly started discussing about uday, his movies, and his new look

Then we discussed about few key points and what we are going to do in the future

we had 24 members coming for the meet and every one added value to the meet today,though we had ravi and sashi meeting for the first time they participated very actively

we had the cake cutting cermony and evey one had a piece of it.

Then we went to paradise and distributed food packets to the beggars and they all felt very happy receiving those packets

We all had great work satisifaction when we saw people blessing us while taking the food.

This made us think that we can do much more to help the needy,We have decided that we would do atleast one work per month.

If you are an offline registrant and you have registered at Registration Counters, You don't need to take registration kits, as you get the BIB and T-Shirts at Registration Counters.
For Half Marathon you have to report on 30^th November, 2008 by 5:30 AM at People's Plaza, Necklace Road.
For 10K Run you have to report on 30^th November, 2008 by 6:00 AM at People's Plaza, Necklace Road.

Water supplies, Ambulances and First Aid Stations will be available at every 2 KM on the routes.

Why RFID Chip:

To identify and calculate the start and finish timings effectively, we use RFID Chips.
Only registrants who have RFID chips are eligible for Prize Money.
To avoid inaccurate finish timings, we introduced 3 loops in between the routes. You need to pass through these loops to be eligible for accurate results, you have to cross the three arches before finish point to maintain your time accurately.

Story:
A different love tale, the story begins with Karthik (Uday) who is about to commit suicide after getting blasted by his father (Chalapathi Rao) but then he turns up at home the next day with loads of cash. Karthik says that he got a job overseas but goes to Ooty and stays with his friends (Sreenu and Vijay). The story takes a new turn there as the entire town is after Indu (Kruthi) who does not love anyone. Karthik becomes the cupid for his friend since he likes her but then his nature, attitude and other aspects attract Indu more towards him and in no time she confesses her feelings to him. In the meantime, even Karthik starts feeling the same but then he turns her proposal down. Indu is heartbroken and returns to Hyderabad and when his friends ask him, Karthik reveals a flashback and according to that he enters into an agreement with Bhakta (Bob Antony) which makes him give his life whenever Bhakta wants it. In return, Karthik gets all the money to take care of his family and clear all problems. However, love takes over him and he comes to Hyderabad in search of Indu and finally meets her. What happens to his agreement with Bhakta? What is the suspense in the tale. Watch the film to get more.

Presentation:

The director has come up with an interesting plot,ialogues were of standard, the songs were really melodious, camera work is excellent.

Conclusion:

The concept of an agreement with life is something new and the twists and suspense involved is also interesting,the first half of the movie takes off with comedy, songs, and wonderful dances.the second half has great intresting twists which makes u stick to your seat till the climax is concluded.

AUF cricket team won their first ever match against SPRING FIELD COLONY YOUTH.The match was very exciting and AUF team batted first scoring 63 runs(all out) in 14.3 overs.Dharanidhar was the top scorer for AUF team in the batting.Later the other team started the chase positively and scored 20 runs for the loss of no wicket in 3 overs.AUF came back into the match with some fine line and length bowling from ARUN and GANGADHAR.The other team were bowled out for 48 in 12 overs.An emphatic win the end and the players shouted AUF zindabad at the end of the match.Hope AUF team brings in more joy into AUF in future.
